Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support military intelligence training at the Department of War. The SME will work closely with Army Reserve Intelligence forces to develop and assess training programs across multiple intelligence disciplines.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience, a Top Secret clearance, and a minimum of 5 years related experience. The position includes responsibilities related to training program alignment, logistical support, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting military intelligence training, readiness, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises.

Responsibilities

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine.
• Support the planning and execution of training exercises.
• Facilitate integration of multiple intelligence functions into training events.
