We are a dynamic, expanding company with opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.). We are currently seeking Junior Intelligence Collection Managers for upcoming opportunities in Quantico, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate intelligence requirements
• Assess resource availability and capacity
• Research, develop, draft, coordinate, monitor, and assign collection requirements
• Develop and implement Multi-INT collection strategies to address intelligence gaps
• Design operational activities, offer recommendations, and evaluate scenarios
• Utilize technical collection systems independently and collaboratively
• Assess and analyze reporting
• Identify unmet and new intelligence requirements with analysts
• Update and refine collection planning
• Support all-source intelligence analysis with requirements for HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT
• Plan and coordinate operations for CONUS and OCONUS
• Research existing operations and assessments based on all-source info
• Collaborate with legal, technical, analytical, counterintelligence, and government entities
• Provide operational guidance
• Brief leadership on operational progress

Requirements

• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• At least 3 years of relevant analysis experience, with some within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of concepts involved in the functions outlined
• Ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines
• Ability to work semi-independently
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Experience with structured analytic techniques and complex methodologies
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations
