PEMCCO is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide analytical support for intelligence operations by collecting, evaluating, analyzing, and disseminating information that supports government mission requirements. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy research, threat assessment, and turning information into actionable intelligence products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in listed fields or DoD intelligence training.
• 7 years of intelligence experience with a qualifying bachelor's degree; or 11 years with DoD training.
• Knowledge of intelligence principles, processes, and analytical methodologies.
• Knowledge of intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination functions.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze information from multiple sources.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within complex datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports, assessments, and briefings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, evaluate, and analyze intelligence information from multiple sources.
• Research, develop, and produce intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings.
• Identify trends, patterns, indicators, and potential impacts related to intelligence requirements.
• Support the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence information.
• Maintain awareness of current and emerging intelligence issues and mission developments.
• Prepare written reports, technical summaries, and presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government personnel, analysts, and operational teams to support objectives.
• Maintain intelligence databases, records, and supporting documentation.
• Adhere to policies, security requirements, and intelligence community standards.
