Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks a senior intelligence analyst to support defense intelligence efforts. The role requires leading analytic teams, developing metrics, and producing concise, actionable products for decision makers.

You will conduct statistical analyses, map business processes, and coordinate with IC stakeholders to drive information sharing and issue resolution. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires current DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to structure analysis from trends in reporting across multiple sources.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to collaborate with IC members on information sharing and dispute resolution.
• Develop concise, insightful products for defense intelligence.
• Lead teams researching multifaceted or critical problems.
• Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports process improvement through analysis using internal program and benchmark data.
• Identifies risks and improvements by metrics development and monitoring.
• Conducts statistical analysis to measure production and usage of services and products.
• Performs record-keeping to capture visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination.
• Provides ad hoc and recurring business analytic support and process-improvement analysis.
