Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Analyst Senior Principal to join a large-scale National Intelligence program onsite in Herndon, VA. This role blends research, analysis, and reporting to safeguard our nation and support decision-makers.

You’ll identify leads, develop findings, and communicate results to senior management in concise formats, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI with poly are required.

• BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis
• CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with poly

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify, assess, and document investigative leads related to personnel security, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and insider threat matters
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to develop findings and actionable recommendations
• Produce well-written, concise, and accurate reports and communicates results to all levels of management in formats tailored to stakeholder needs
• Manage cases and competing priorities in fast-paced, technology-driven environments while working effectively both independently and within teams; demonstrates personal integrity, professionalism, and leadership that supports collaboration and respectful consensus building.

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
