Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of data analytics or information systems experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or finance.
• Preferred: information systems and SQL reporting experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of data analytics, information systems, analysis, and programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations within Epic BI and Qlik to support operations and initiatives.
• Use Epic data models to build queries, reports, and visuals that meet business needs and comply with policies.
• Analyze clinical, financial, operational, and patient care data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data, define KPIs, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and validate analytics, instituting better standards and methodologies.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to assess reporting requirements and design integrated solutions.
