Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) isseeking an Intelligence Analyst (Data Modeler) - Manager to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

INCUMBENT TALENT ONLY - candidates are required to be active members on the awarded contract

What You Will Do

• Create visibility Models that improve asset posture optimization and enhance resource allocation strategies

• Generate Models and workflows that streamline the collection and Analysis of data

• Utilize machine learning

• Lead efforts in cross-site collaboration with external organizations to ensure data sharing and mission objective alignment

• Establish Training pipelines as well as maintain a knowledge repository

• Work in a closed environment where frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers

• Perform work in the near real-time decision-making environment and successfully complete required Operations Certification Process when filling in on proficiency shifts

• Perform outlined duties on a rotating 24/7, 12-hour rotating shift schedule when filling in on proficiency shifts

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years minimum relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis and Data Modeling

• Must be an INCUMBENT on the current contract with experience supporting training efforts

• Anactiveand in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredforconsideration. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white and green)

• Knowledge or experience performing satellite mission support in a near real-time operations environment

• Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field

• Modeling development, creation and enhancement experience

• Military certifications such as Electronic Warfare/ Signals Analyst

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
