Overview
Company: Inflow, a national security services firm providing cutting‑edge services across DoD and other agencies.
Security Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with researching, developing, analyzing, and reporting friendly and adversary systems, tactics, capabilities, and mission planning products to support standoff weapons planning.
- Understand and perform network reconstruction on the links and nodes of the IADS.
- Assist with IPOE to catalog and report information necessary for inclusion in successful standoff integration planning efforts.
- Coordinate with all echelons of DoD and the Intelligence Community to develop organizational relationships, facilitate research, gather mission planning data, and create assessments supporting collection plans.
- Coordinate with targeting agencies to ensure that all targeting products are complete, accurate, current, and consistent with directed effects.
- Provide on‑site Intelligence SME advice and assistance to areas of influence that support the standoff weapons integration mission set (e.g., targeting process, OPLAN development, threat disposition and tracking, common operating picture systems, collaborative mission planning suites).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- AS or BS in Technical, Engineering, Military Science, or Intelligence‑related field plus 6 years of military intelligence experience.
- OR 8 years of military intelligence experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience analyzing COMINT, MASINT, IMINT, and SIGINT, and supporting military tactical aircraft mission planning.
- Experience assessing adversary C2 capabilities and integrating the Joint Targeting process into mission planning and target product maintenance.
- Familiarity with J2 Command entities in joint operations and evaluations, including training in intelligence support for mission planning and knowledge of joint and service ISR capabilities.
- Successfully completed a service intelligence course.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Preferred
- Operational experience in Joint Staff, Air Staff, MAJCOM, or NAF Staff.
- Fundamental understanding of the IADS and IADS analysis, Mission Planning Combat Operations Experience, and experience working with air crew.

Work at Barksdale AFB, LA. Address disclosed after clearance is verified.
