SNA International seeks an Intelligence Analyst II to support our national security customer in Vienna, VA. The role is 100% onsite and supports the International Information Sharing Unit.

The candidate will work collaboratively across agencies to exchange critical information and advance screening and identification processes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 4 years of experience, and TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.

Critical Responsibilities Include:

• Executes and maintains unit initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing sustainability
• Coordinates and facilitates encounter-based requests for information (RFIs) and notifications to partner agencies, fostering effective information sharing.
• Exchange critical information to enhance the screening and identification process

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience
• TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent writing abilities to develop clear, accurate information-sharing products
• Ability to support the Program executives by preparing research-driven summaries, and various materials and briefings needed for international engagements with other nations
• Strong critical thinking
• Strong communication skills to engage with foreign partners, domestic agencies, and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time-sensitive RFIs and notifications
• Capacity to work collaboratively across the agency

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions
• Experience working in multi-agency environments
