Job summary

SNA International, a world leader in forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence, is seeking an Intelligence Analyst I to join a dedicated team. You will apply analytical techniques to assess threats and biometric data, synthesize information, and present findings to support mission-critical operations.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, along with a related bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to assess threats, intelligence reporting, and biometric data.
• Understand management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels and record-keeping.
• Present findings clearly in oral and written form and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information.
• Extract and synthesize intelligence data from multiple sources to support threat analysis and operations.
• Follow guidance and procedures and perform additional duties as needed.

Critical Work Responsibilities Include:

• Apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusionsin accordance withTSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
• Understand management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations.
• Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and performadditionalassigned duties as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field and/or position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or associate's degree 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience).
