Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Mid-level CI Analyst to support analysis primarily at DCSA headquarters in Stafford, VA, with periodic travel to regional field offices. The role focuses on all-source intelligence analysis of foreign threats to DoD personnel and critical infrastructure, in coordination with IC partners and stakeholders.

The candidate should bring 8+ years of data/trend analysis, strong written and oral communication, and familiarity with data systems and security clearances to deliver

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities’ capabilities and threats to US DoD personnel and resources worldwide.
• Conduct analysis on regional and functional CI topics including threats to DCIP, DoD supply chains, and related technologies.
• Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators across DoD, IC, and law enforcement.

Bluehawk is actively seeking a Mid-level CI Analyst to work primarily at DCSA headquarters, Stafford, VA, and occasionally at regional field office locations as requested by DCSA.

Responsibilities

• Produces IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
• Conduct analysis comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.
• Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA’s CI programs, functions, and mission activities.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university
• Minimum 8 years’ experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques. Contractor must be knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability and skill in communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with data systems such as: NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, and ACCESS or other security and supply-related data systems.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools, etc.
