Position Overview

Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a Patent Agent to join the Intellectual Property group in our Wilmington office. This role involves all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related fields.
  • Two or more years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in related technologies.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning patents is preferred.
  • Admission to practice before the USPTO is required.
