Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in related technologies.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning patents is preferred.
  • Admission to practice before the USPTO is required.
