Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Intellectual Property Paralegal

Fully Remote - Local to Los Angeles - Candidates must work on-site 1-2 times per month

Duration: 5 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr DOE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our team and support global intellectual property enforcement efforts. This is a non-attorney role designed for someone with a strong background in anti-counterfeiting and IP-related legal processes.

About the Role

This position focuses heavily on managing and processing seizure notices received from authorities across regions such as the United States, Brazil, and Europe. You’ll be responsible for moving these matters through internal workflows within a strict 24- to 48-hour window.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process global seizure notices through internal systems
• Coordinate document reviews, notarization, and legalization as needed
• Provide support for enforcement activities such as raids and investigations
• Maintain clear and accurate records related to IP enforcement actions
• Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient response and compliance
• Use IP management tools like Anaqua (experience preferred)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with IP enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and legal documentation
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and with a high level of accuracy
• Notary Public (preferred), with experience notarizing and preparing documents for legalization
• Familiarity with Anaqua or similar IP management platforms
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
