About the Position:
We are working with a prestigious Am Law firm that has an immediate need for an intellectual property litigation attorney (3+ yrs) to join its cutting-edge practice as a mid-level associate. This global practice represents an impressive client roster of leading pharmaceutical and technology companies in a wide range of intellectual property matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in a variety of IP matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and data privacy litigation
· Handle all aspects of IP litigation matters, including managing discovery, writing briefs, and preparing for and taking depositions
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of litigation experience
· Experience with all aspects of litigation, including managing discovery, writing briefs, and preparing for and taking depositions
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $300,000.
