This position is for a highly skilled Senior Associate or Counsel in the Intellectual Property Practice Group, expanding around a mid-career group Chair and others. The ideal candidate will have at least seven (7) years of experience in IP litigation, transactions, and patent prosecution, with expertise in patents, trademarks, and copyrights. This role involves handling complex IP litigation in federal courts and before agencies like the PTAB and TTAB, managing patent prosecution, advising on IP strategy, drafting and negotiating IP agreements, and supporting IP diligence in transactions. Proven ability to manage matters independently, strong client relationship skills, and a technical degree are preferred. The compensation ranges from $245,000 to $270,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits. A minimum portable book of business of $100K is preferred. This is a full-time, mid-senior level legal role in the law practice industry.
