Confidential IP Law Firm in Orlando seeks an Intellectual Property Attorney to lead domestic trademark and patent filings from a fully remote position.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IP experience, Florida Bar admission (or willingness), and strong client communication. You will manage an established IP caseload and advise on strategy while working with a busy team.

Intellectual Property, Trademark & Patent Attorney – Remote

Lead sophisticated intellectual property matters from anywhere while building on an established practice and working directly with clients.

Our client is a prestigious, AV-rated law firm in the Orlando, Florida market, seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join its IP team. This is a full-time opportunity with a fully remote option.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of strong intellectual property experience, with particular strength in domestic trademark filings and prosecution, patent filings and prosecution, and other IP matters. The attorney will be comfortable leading projects and transactions while managing an established intellectual property caseload.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of strong intellectual property experience
• Experience with domestic federal and state trademark filings and prosecution
• Experience with patent filings and prosecution
• Experience managing an established intellectual property caseload
• Ability to lead IP projects and transactions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong client communication and relationship skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
• Admission to the Florida Bar, or willingness to take the Florida Bar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international trademark and patent filings
• Experience conducting intellectual property diligence in M&A transactions
• An established portable book of business
• Experience handling sophisticated IP transactions and advising clients on broader intellectual property strategy

This position offers the opportunity to take on immediate responsibility, lead IP matters, and manage an established caseload within a prestigious, AV-rated firm. A portable book of business is preferred but not required. Salary: $175,000–$250,000+, depending on years of experience and portable book of business.
