Position Overview:

A well-established full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Associate with 3–5 years of patent experience.

The primary focus of this position will be patent preparation and prosecution, with opportunities to work on a broad range of intellectual property matters. The ideal location is the firm's Charlotte, NC office, though qualified candidates in Tampa, FL or Atlanta, GA may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and prosecute domestic and international patent applications.
  • Conduct patent-related legal and technical research.
  • Analyze complex patent and intellectual property matters.
