Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science, and possess patent preparation and prosecution experience in software, computer science, electrical, or mechanical areas. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree, be licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business, and must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.
