Faegre Drinker is seeking a litigation associate to join our Intellectual Property practice in Washington, DC. This role focuses on patent litigation for a diverse client base, both national and international.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of IP litigation experience, with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science strongly encouraged. Experience as a federal judicial law clerk is also advantageous. The ideal candidate is collaborative, motivated, and possesses excellent academic credentials, along with strong communication skills. This is a hybrid role, typically requiring two to three days in the office weekly.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $255,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience.
