Ikon Search is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join our patent prosecution team with a strong background in Chemistry and Molecular Biology. You will draft and prosecute patent applications across life sciences and chemical technologies, advising on patentability, portfolio strategy, and licensing.

The role offers collaboration with top IP attorneys, exposure to sophisticated clients, and opportunities for long-term professional growth within a leading Am Law 200 firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Technical background in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, antibodies, immunology, genetics, or organic chemistry preferred.
• PhD highly desirable.
• USPTO registration and active bar admission required.

I'm partnering with a well-established Am Law 200 firm looking to add an experienced Patent Prosecution Associate to its growing Intellectual Property practice.
