Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team to provide individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. We focus on inclusion and helping people thrive in communities where they can participate fully.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will help with daily living skills, personal care, and health advocacy, while fostering a healthy, engaging home environment and promoting wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism.
• Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Advocate for health, wellness, and participation in community activities.

Job description

Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching and assisting with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for the health and wellness of the people we support.

Job details:

• Full Time, Part Time, and Casual/Per Diem hours available
• $20.75 per hour - Full Time or Part Time
• $20.50 per hour - Casual/Per Diem

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Effective communication and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
