Keystone Human Services’ Key Human Services division is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team, providing individualized, person-directed support across intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. We focus on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and participate in society.

You will support adults by creating a healthy, engaging home, teaching daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Create a healthy, engaging home setting and support adults with daily living skills.
• Teach daily living skills and assist with personal care.
• Advocate for health and wellness of the people we support.
