Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support in areas including intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. We focus on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and participate in society.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults by creating a healthy home setting, teaching daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Support adults by creating a healthy, engaging home setting and assisting with daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and advocate for health and wellness of the people supported.
• Provide individualized, person-directed support focused on inclusion and community participation.

Job details:

• Full Time, Part Time, and Casual/Per Diem hours available
• $20.75 per hour - Full Time or Part Time
• $20.50 per hour - Casual/Per Diem

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Effective communication and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
