Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. You will assist with daily living skills, personal care, and advocacy to promote health and wellness in a community-focused setting.

Casual/per diem and full-time positions are available with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement includes high school or equivalent
• Effective communication and basic computer skills required
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care in a home setting
• Advocate for health and wellness of the individuals served and support their full participation in community life
