Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community Participation Associate to help adults increase employment potential and independence through person-centered supports.

You will develop supports, explore community options, coordinate transportation, and teach natural supports while completing required trainings and maintaining clear communication with participants and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Successful completion of required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR).

The Community Participation Associate works with adults to increase their potential for employment and obtain the skills necessary to become more independent and experience meaningful community participation and inclusion.
