Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with six years of relevant experience.
  • Associate degree with four years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree with one year of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
  • Ability to learn and utilize web-based systems and documentation tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff.
  • Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams.
  • Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy.
  • Support program development and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes.
  • Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported.
  • Serve as Incident Management point person for assigned programs.
  • Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses.
  • Maintain program productivity and utilization standards.
  • Support referral assessment and placement decisions.
  • Maintain strong communication with families/guardians regarding care planning and updates.
  • Represent the organization in community engagement and public speaking opportunities.
  • Participate in county and service area planning activities.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and on-call coverage as needed.
