Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centered nursing care to adults with IDD.
• Provide medical oversight, training, and counseling for various medical diagnoses.
• Monitor and coordinate health care services for individuals in assigned areas.
• Support hybrid work model with on-site assessments as needed.
