Client Solution Architects is seeking an MCIS Trainer to provide essential training at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This role involves both formal and informal training methodologies to ensure that all personnel are effectively prepared. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in MCIS and meet essential qualifications including a Secret Clearance and teaching experience.

The position emphasizes the importance of supporting our federal clients' mission through impactful solutions, creating a team-driven environment full of growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must be certified and current with Army training doctrine.
• At least 2 years of MCIS teaching experience.
• Experience as assistant instructor for the same courseware.
• Formal study in Army MCIS and software systems.
• Subject matter expert with at least 4 years of service.
• Plan for cross training during execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal MCIS training.
• Plan and execute MCIS and simulation training.
• Perform classroom setup and instruction.
• Execute training in accordance with Army standards.
