Job Description

CACI is seeking an Intel Analyst to perform technical analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, focusing on target device TTPs, technology, and unmanned threat platforms such as UAS and UMS (above and below surface). This role supports the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with potential travel or deployment based on customer needs.

What You’ll Get to Do:
  • Conduct all-source analysis and support information dissemination concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
  • Utilize various intelligence disciplines (e.g., TECHINT, SIGINT/CYBER, HUMINT, MASINT) across all levels of classified information.
  • Travel CONUS and OCONUS, including conflict areas, on short notice to support threat information dissemination.
  • Provide technical expertise on devices, equipment, software, and training related to countering improvised threats, including Counter UAS and UMS.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Military Intelligence MOS background with formal military intelligence training.
  • BA/BS with 6 years of experience, or associate’s degree with 9 years, or 11 years of specialized experience.
  • Experience in HUMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, IMINT disciplines and data fusion.
  • Understanding of threat device engineering and function.
  • Experience with UAS and Counter UAS platforms, including hands-on instruction.
  • Ability to integrate UAS and C-UAS TTPs into operational planning.
  • Knowledge of ISR operations, collection strategies, and threat system identification.
  • Research skills for unclassified and classified databases.
  • Competence in producing analytical products and assessments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and intelligence automation tools.
  • Strong research, analytical, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to operate remotely within an analytical team supporting CJOA requirements.
  • Experience supporting intelligence within the CENTCOM AOR or other COCOMs.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of emerging commercial technologies and their impact on DoD capabilities.
  • Expertise in electronic signature detection and counter-improvised threats.
  • Experience in training on Tactical Air Threats, including threat components and detection methods.
  • Ability to identify and characterize Counter-UAS and UMS detectors and integrate them into training and operational environments.
  • Capability to provide over-the-shoulder support across command levels for UAS and UMS analysis.
  • Expertise in ISR operations, threat network analysis, and development of technical training programs.
  • Specialized experience in collection planning and integration of collection with defeat capabilities.
  • Understanding of threat system design, including structural and propulsion aspects.

Pay Range

Salary varies based on location, experience, skills, and other factors. The proposed range is $68,400 - $143,700 USD. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and education support. Learn more here.
