Mount Sinai Medical Center in South Florida is seeking an experienced Integrative Therapy specialist to provide Reiki, aromatherapy, restorative yoga, and related therapies to cancer center patients. You will tailor activities to meet individual needs and document outcomes in the medical record.

The role requires 3+ years in integrative therapies, a relevant license, and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through their cancer journey.

Qualifikationen

• License/Registration/Certification in Integrative Therapy, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Restorative/Slow Yoga, or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Science/Exercise Science or in a Healthcare Field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Integrative Therapy, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness, or equivalent.
• Experience as an Instructor, Health Coach, or Program Facilitator a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assesses patient's physical, emotional, and behavioral functioning and recommend appropriate therapeutic activities.
• Provides experiential and expressive therapeutic activities (slow/restorative yoga, reiki, aromatherapy) for stress relief.
• Conducts individual and group sessions with other therapists to meet program goals.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to plan care and goals of treatment.
• Documents findings and activities in patient records and educates patients and caregivers.
