Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute is seeking a part-time HPI Pilates Instructor to provide optimal Pilates instruction to patients and clients in our Highland Park and Morton Grove studios. You will collaborate with clinical rehabilitation staff to promote Pilates within orthopedic rehabilitation and build a private client base.

Lead group classes, offer individualized coaching, and develop engaging routines while maintaining a clean, welcoming studio that upholds inclusivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Pilates classes preferred.
• Certified Pilates Instructor with reputable certification.
• CPR/AED certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes of various levels, including mat and equipment-based sessions
• Provide individualized instruction and corrections to ensure proper form and technique
• Develop creative and engaging Pilates routines to challenge and motivate clients
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space
• Uphold our studio's values of inclusivity, positivity, and respect
• Integrate with physical therapists, trainers, and other wellness professionals
• All other duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
