Job summary

Revitalize Integrated Body Systems (RIBS) in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Pilates Instructor to join a multidisciplinary team. You will teach mainly private and duet sessions, work with reformer, mat, and other equipment, and develop individualized programs based on client goals and injuries.

This role emphasizes long-term client relationships within an established practice where chiropractors and rehab specialists collaborate to move clients from healing to strength and wellness.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with reformer certification and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients of diverse abilities and injuries.
• Proactive, dependable and professional with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach primarily private and duet Pilates sessions.
• Work with reformer, mat, and other Pilates equipment.
• Create individualized programs based on each client’s goals, injuries, and abilities.
• Help clients improve strength, mobility, posture, balance, and confidence.
• Collaborate with our chiropractic and rehabilitation team.
• Progress patients from rehabilitation into long-term strength and wellness.
• Maintain simple, accurate session documentation.
• Build lasting relationships with your clients.
