Deep Centered Mental Health is expanding its outpatient psychiatry practice in Houston and seeks a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric PA-C who values an integrative approach to care. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with longer appointments and strong clinical support.

Our practice emphasizes medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle medicine, and advanced interventional treatments like Deep TMS and Spravato®.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric PA-C.
• Licensed to practice in Texas with an unencumbered DEA number.
• Minimum of 2 years post–board certification clinical experience as PMHNP or psychiatric PA-C.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor treatment response.
• Provide integrative psychiatric care with medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle approaches, and interventional treatments as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and care strategies.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to coordinate patient care; maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development.
