Job summary

Deep Centered Mental Health in Dallas is seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric PA-C who values integrative care and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The outpatient practice offers 60-minute evaluations, access to Deep TMS and Spravato, a network of 220+ in-house therapists, paid CME, 401(k) with match, and strong operational support, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas with an unencumbered DEA number.
• Minimum of 2 years post-board certification clinical experience.
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
• Clinical exposure to TMS or Spravato preferred; training is provided.
• Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, ethical, solution-focused approach.
• Passion for professional growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor treatment response.
• Provide integrative psychiatric care, combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle approaches, and interventional treatments as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development.
