Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Integrative & Palliative Medicine team. The role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a focus on symptom and pain management.

The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care within an interdisciplinary team; new graduates are welcome. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a 0.8 FTE and call rotation of 1:7.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant Program.
• WI WIRN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification or WI Physician Assistant license required.
• Ability to provide high-quality integrative and palliative care; strong teamwork and continuous professional growth.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality integrative and palliative care.
• Partner with patients and families to improve quality of life through effective symptom and pain management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in call rotation (1:7) and maintain clinic hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
