Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation Practice

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend. The expected annual income for a 4 to 5-day workweek ranges from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume. There are no weekend or night call responsibilities, and malpractice coverage (including tail) is paid for by the practice. In over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, we have not had a malpractice inquiry or action.

Practice Overview

Our mission at Midwest Dysphagia Consultants is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit (pictured on our website).

We serve various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients, with requests routed through our staff and scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, often on the same day depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure our staff is home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
