Job summary

Allina Health's Penny George Institute for Health and Healing (PGIHH) seeks an NP or PA with experience or strong interest in Integrative and Functional Medicine. This role supports patient relationships with extended visits, charting time, and a collaborative team, including Integrative Nutritionists and Acupuncturists.

Providers enjoy a flexible practice model with virtual or hybrid care and AI-assisted documentation. Work with a broad network of primary and specialty care across Allina Health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Licensed RN in MN and NP per MN Board of Nursing on hire; ANCC certification in specialty on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical care for patients as part of a physician/nurse team in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Completes comprehensive patient assessments and determines diagnosis and treatment.
• Prescribes medications and therapies; conducts patient education.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and acts as resource to staff.

Education

Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
