Allina Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care in a primary care setting in Hastings, MN. This role includes in-person and virtual appointments, collaboration with the care team, and program development with the primary care team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with assigned providers within a clinic to ensure optimal care for patients.
• Provides clinical care for patients with comprehensive assessments and diagnosis.
• Orders and interprets diagnostics; prescribes medications, treatments and equipment.
• Counsels patients; refers for specialty care when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
