Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking a Mind and Body Wellness Coordinator to lead integrative health programming and connect individuals and families with holistic care.

This full-time role starts at $55,000 to $65,000 per year, with a focus on compassionate, inclusive service. The position requires an advanced degree in psychology, nursing, health education or related field, or equivalent experience, plus strong communication skills, community assessment ability, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Psychology, Nursing, Health Education or related field, or equivalent experience in Health, Wellness, public health services.
• An ability to assess the community from a strengths perspective.
• Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrative health programming and protocols across service lines such as yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, self-care practices and health and wellness.
• Provide a minimum of 10 hours per week of member sessions to assigned caseload.
• Travel to AWARE regions to offer integrative health workshops/sessions.
• Provide intake/screening for new referrals for enrollment into integrative health services.
• Provide recommendations with measurable goals, objectives, and interventions for inclusion into member treatment plans.
• Document all effects of member services in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Consult with treatment teams on member progress and take part in treatment planning.
• Maintain professional certifications in providing integrative health interventions.
• Assess and analyze risk and contraindications before implementing integrative health practices.
• Provide consultation and training within AWARE and partner organizations for development and wellbeing.
• In collaboration with Service Director, develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures; ensure alignment with values, mission, and strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
