Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic to provide care for patients with neuro-musculoskeletal health concerns, including back and neck pain. The role involves spinal adjustments, manual therapy, and patient education on maintenance and exercises.

The candidate will assess conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an integrative care team. A CA license and BLS are required, with 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Doctorate in Chiropractic from a US-accredited school.
• Current California Chiropractic License in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support documentation required.
• 1 year experience required; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic visits.
• Educates patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic maintenance.
• Assesses medical condition by reviewing history, listening to concerns, and performing exams.
• Performs physical examinations focusing on posture and spinal condition.
• Analyzes posture, spine, and reflexes to diagnose health problems.
• Performs spinal and bodily adjustments to correct musculoskeletal issues.
• Provides neuro-musculoskeletal therapy through manual adjustments.
• Utilizes chiropractic equipment and devices for treatment.
• Offers heat/cold therapies to injured areas.
• Creates treatment and management plans for patients.
• Informs patients about exercises for rehabilitation and speedier recovery.
• Refers patients to other health professionals when needed.
• Documents chiropractic visit notes in electronic records.
