Job summary

COCC is seeking an Integrations Analyst I to join our Product Management team. This role blends customer service, technical aptitude, and project management to implement integration solutions and support clients across teams.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic SQL and API knowledge, and experience in a customer-facing role within financial technology. This hybrid position is based in Southington, CT.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a customer facing role, ideally in fintech/banking.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of staff and management.
  • Solid customer service and composure under pressure.
  • Ability to explain system issues and resolutions clearly.
  • Proven project management and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiar with SQL, API concepts, and testing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve client issues and respond to assistance requests.
  • Lead medium to large scale integration projects.
  • Set up and configure new integrations in the API Management Platform.
  • Gather data to understand functional and technical requirements.
  • Apply business process knowledge to align needs with capabilities.
  • Interface with end users to provide detailed support.
  • Document and maintain internal processes and records.
  • Participate in training and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Support disaster recovery activities when required.
  • Perform QA and customer acceptance testing activities.

What you’ll do…
  • Resolve issues and respond to client requests for assistance
  • Assist with the implementation of products newly adopted by clients
  • Lead medium to large scale integration projects
  • Set up and configure new integrations within the API Management Platform
  • Gather and review data and information necessary to understand functional and technical implementation requirements
  • Apply business process expertise to align client needs with system capabilities
  • Interface directly with end users to provide detailed support
  • Manage open issues through documentation, prioritization, escalation, and resolution planning
  • Coach peers and new hires to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Document internal processes used to support and maintain systems
  • Maintain current process documentation
  • Maintain records related to system issues, support activities, and department tracking
  • Participate in training opportunities to stay informed of industry changes and trends
  • Support disaster recovery activities when requiredAccurately track project time
  • Perform Quality Assurance and Customer Acceptance Testing activities
  • Assist with release documentation development and Developer Portal updates
  • Support other business areas as needed based on skills and knowledge
  • Participate in special projects and miscellaneous assignments that support team success
What you’ll bring…
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a customer facing role, preferably within a financial technology or banking environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management verbally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to represent the organization while communicating system issues and deficiencies to customers

The salary range for this job is $62,100-$84,100K per year. This is a hybrid position in Southington, CT.
