Job summary

SoftServe is seeking an experienced integration architect to design scalable, secure architectures across cloud, on‑premise, APIs, and data platforms. You will collaborate with sales, stakeholders, and engineering to shape proposals and demonstrate business value.

Lead technical discovery sessions, translate requirements into high‑level designs, and advocate responsible AI practices while staying current with automation trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in integration architecture, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms and patterns (APIs, REST, SOAP, GraphQL, messaging, event streaming, ESB, iPaaS, microservices, ETL/ELT).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with integration/middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Confluent, TIBCO, IBM Integration Bus, SAP Integration Suite, Workato).
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM/data warehouses/SaaS systems.
• Experience designing AI-enabled integration, automation, or data solutions.
• Consulting, system integration, or professional services backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration architectures across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, APIs, data platforms, and legacy environments.
• Assess client landscapes and recommend modernization strategies for integration platforms, middleware, APIs, and data flows.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to align solutions with goals and strategy.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand client needs, landscapes, pain points, and transformation goals.
• Translate requirements into high-level designs, architecture diagrams, estimates, and value propositions.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, statements of work, presentations, and technical sales materials.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, generative AI, ML, and intelligent automation in client solutions.
• Design architectures that integrate AI services, enterprise data, APIs, workflow automation, and business apps.
• Advise on responsible AI considerations: security, governance, data privacy, compliance, model risk, and readiness.
• Stay current with AI trends, integration capabilities, cloud AI services, and automation patterns.

About The Role

In this role you will help clients design modern integration architectures across cloud, SaaS, on‑premise, API, data, and AI‑driven ecosystems. They will also support sales teams by shaping proposals, leading technical discovery sessions, preparing solution demonstrations, and communicating business value to stakeholders.

• Assess existing client landscapes and recommend modernization strategies for integration platforms, middleware, APIs, and data flows.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to align integration solutions with business goals and technology strategy
• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand client business needs, system landscapes, pain points, and transformation goals.

• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, statements of work, presentations, and technical sales materials

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms and patterns such as APIs, REST, SOAP, GraphQL, messaging, event streaming, ESB, iPaaS, microservices, ETL/ELT, and data integration
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with integration or middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Apache Kafka, Confluent, TIBCO, IBM Integration Bus, SAP Integration Suite, Workato, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, data warehouses, SaaS platforms, identity systems, and legacy applications
• Experience designing AI-enabled integration, automation, or data solutions
• Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI API, or similar platforms
• Experience in consulting, system integration, or professional services environments
