Job summary

Lumos is the Autonomous Identity Platform redefining access management for enterprises. You'll help design and build the Integrations Platform that connects cloud and on-prem apps, identities, and data, powering secure data flows.

You will collaborate with platform, product, and infra teams to scale capabilities and improve developer experience. As a Software Engineer in New York, you’ll own core components, contribute to architecture reviews, mentor teammates, and help ship reliable connectors

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core components of our Integrations Platform, including APIs, event-driven systems, and connector orchestration layers that support a wide range of cloud and on-prem integrations.
• Build and extend our integration framework, enabling reusable patterns for authentication, job retries, error handling, observability, and developer onboarding.
• Work across teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable integrations with external systems such as Okta, Workday, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and more.
• Contribute to a delightful developer experience by building SDKs, CLI tools, and documentation that accelerate integration development both internally and externally.
• Drive key technical decisions and lead by example—through architecture reviews, mentoring, and pairing with other engineers on complex problems.
