Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of new data exchange development, including documentation, configuration, testing, and launch
• Communicate with clients and vendors to gather and analyze requirements, and coordinate with project teams on client-specific benefits structures
• Document and configure files, set up secure file transfers, and maintain project tracking documentation and status reports

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in administrative outsourcing analysis or equivalent industry experience; programming experience within SaaS is a plus
• Proficiency in XML/XSL and intermediate Excel skills
• Understanding of payroll and EDI 834 file formats
• Ability to work independently on multiple client assignments with overlapping timelines
• BS preferred in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
