Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Optical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 6 years software or systems experience or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of military or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test; load custom and commercial software onto multiple systems.
• Develop and execute structured training sessions for customers.
• Build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware packages for service enhancements and upgrades.
• Train users and ensure system mastery and knowledge transfer.
• Travel to support training and field operations as needed.
