Job summary

Kforce is seeking an Integration Strategy & Architecture leader in New York, NY, to drive end-to-end separation and migration of enterprise applications from discovery to stabilization. You will document architecture, data, integrations, and security requirements and coordinate across DEV through production environments.

The role demands 15+ years of experience in migration programs, strong IAM knowledge, and proven leadership in complex transformations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across enterprise application implementation, systems administration, infrastructure engineering, migration, separation, and technology transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex migrations, carve-outs, divestitures, TSA exits, re-platforming, and infra transitions.
• Experience with Active Directory, SSO, IAM, authentication, service accounts, and access-management technologies.
• Experience leading SIT/UAT, mock migrations, technical rehearsals, cutover, rollback, and production stabilization.
• Strong program management and leadership, including RAID/dependency management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integration Strategy & Architecture in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end separation and migration of R&D and Engineering applications from discovery through target-state implementation, cutover, and stabilization
• Conduct discovery and document application functionality, architecture, data, integrations, infrastructure, security, and migration requirements
• Assess current-state architecture and define target-state configurations, technical prerequisites, object dependencies, and environment-specific changes
• Develop migration strategies, waves, milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, and technical readiness gates for applications
• Lead application installation, configuration, migration, upgrade, and validation across DEV, SIT, UAT, staging, and production environments
• Coordinate target infrastructure readiness, including servers, databases, storage, networks, firewalls, DNS, certificates, service accounts, middleware, monitoring, and disaster recovery
• Define and coordinate data migration, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, archival, and purging requirements with data teams
• Manage cross-functional application, infrastructure, integration, data, security, IAM, licensing, vendor, and business dependencies throughout the migration lifecycle
• Lead SIT/UAT, mock migrations, technical rehearsals, defect resolution, cutover, post-migration validation, and hypercare, including hands-on technical troubleshooting
• Track overall migration and technical readiness, maintain cutover/rollback documentation, communicate risks and issues, and support decommissioning, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state operations

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across enterprise application implementation, systems/application administration, infrastructure engineering, migration, separation, and technology transformation
• Proven experience leading complex application migrations, carve-outs, divestitures, TSA exits, re-platforming, and infrastructure transitions
• Experience with Active Directory, SSO, IAM, authentication, service accounts, and access-management technologies
• Experience leading/supporting SIT, UAT, mock migrations, technical rehearsals, cutover, rollback, hypercare, root-cause analysis, and production stabilization
• Strong experience managing dependencies across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, security, and licensing
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, multi-tier environments, and migration methodologies across DEV, TEST/SIT, UAT, staging, and PROD
• Hands-on expertise with Windows/Linux, application servers, load balancers, databases, storage, networking, middleware, and enterprise infrastructure
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and enterprise connectivity technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, ports, certificates, and proxies
• Knowledge of data migration and validation, including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, archival, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery
• Strong program management and leadership skills, including RAID/dependency management, readiness tracking, vendor/stakeholder coordination, technical documentation, executive reporting, and translating technical issues into business impacts and risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting R&D, Engineering, Product Development, PLM, PDM, portfolio management, project controls, or scientific applications
• Experience with one or more platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Autodesk Vault, Sopheon Accolade, Hexagon EcoSys, SiliconExpert

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
