Affordable American Insurance, LLC (AAI) is seeking an Integration Specialist to support our continued growth through agency acquisitions and strategic partnerships. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring newly acquired retail insurance agencies are successfully integrated into the AAI platform, brokerage operations, carrier relationships, and agency network ecosystem.
The Integration Specialist will serve as a key liaison between acquired agencies and internal stakeholders, helping to align operational processes, technology systems, compliance standards, carrier relationships, and business practices to promote a seamless transition and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage post-acquisition integration activities for newly acquired retail insurance agencies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for agency leadership and employees during the integration process.
- Develop and maintain integration project plans, milestones, timelines, and reporting.
- Evaluate agency operations and recommend improvements to align with AAI standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Facilitate onboarding of acquired agencies into AAI's brokerage platform, carrier network, technology stack, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with leadership, operations, finance, compliance, human resources, marketing, and technology teams to ensure successful integration.
- Assist with transitioning carrier appointments, market access arrangements, and brokerage relationships as needed.
- Identify integration risks, operational challenges, and process gaps, and develop recommendations for resolution.
- Support employee onboarding and change management initiatives to promote adoption of new systems, workflows, and organizational practices.
- Monitor key integration metrics and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.
- Assist with documentation of integration procedures, playbooks, and standard operating processes.
- Participate in agency visits and meetings with agency leadership to assess integration progress and support operational alignment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, agency management, project management, integration management, consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or a related business discipline.
- Experienced participating in agency acquisitions, due diligence, post-acquisition integration, or multi-location operational consolidations.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate operational workflows and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and organizational levels.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and business technology platforms.
- Preferred: Prior experience within the insurance industry, including agency, brokerage, carrier, aggregator, or network environments, experience with EPIC and EZLynx management systems, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to review and approval by AAI’s General Counsel and Board of Directors.
