Integrated Solutions Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA / Nashville, TN

If you are an experienced security industry professional with a proven track record in creating, developing, and closing new business, you might be a good fit for the ASSA ABLOY Integration Solutions Specialist (ISS) role.

What you will be doing:

You will partner with end users, security system integrators, consultants, OEM channel partners, wholesalers, and distributors to develop and maintain positive relationships. Your goal is to create demand for ASSA ABLOY solutions through education and promotion, focusing on electronic security solutions. You will educate, support sales, and build relationships within the targeted community, managing sales of our products and services, especially in electro-mechanical innovations across the Security Continuum portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Increasing market presence and sales through support and guidance to influencers, partners, and channel members.
  • Supporting site surveys and applying solutions to customer needs.
  • Collaborating with the local Door Security Solutions team.
  • Recording activities in CRM tools.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to read security wiring diagrams and familiarity with architectural drawings.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented with experience in security technology solutions.
  • Experience navigating multi-channel strategies and excellent follow-up habits.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and perform responsibilities in a home office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for presentations.

Education and experience:

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Membership or eligibility for ASIS PSP certification preferred.
  • Proven success in complex security solutions sales, especially in access control.
