Job Title: Integration Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

This is not a hands-on engineering role but rather a strategic position focused on designing and delivering integration solutions that connect enterprise systems, particularly in finance and POS (Point of Sale) domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong API integration experience, a deep understanding of observability tools like Splunk, and a track record of working across the software development lifecycle within Agile frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions across internal and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
• Oversee and guide API design, development, and integration using RESTful and SOAP services.
• Leverage monitoring and logging tools (especially Splunk) to build robust observability into integration workflows.
• Establish best practices for alerting, monitoring, and incident response to ensure system resilience and performance.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and documentation aligned with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Monitoring/Logging: Strong expertise with tools like Splunk, including configuring dashboards, alerts, and analyzing logs.
• API Integration: Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs across complex systems.
• SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in finance systems or POS platforms.
• Frameworks (Nice to Have): Awareness of or exposure to modern development frameworks such as Spring Boot, Angular, React, or Vue.js (not a coding role, but helpful for understanding system architecture).
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and solution presentation skills.
